Intense cherry pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose there are hints of strawberry, cherry and rose. On the palate the sip is full and is accentuated by a clear flavor. It closes with a pleasantly bitter touch.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of August and maceration is carried out on the skins for 4 hours in the press. The sparkling wine is made in autoclave with the Charmat method.
