Zefiro – Vino Frizzante

The color is pale straw yellow, with light greenish reflections, brilliant, with a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose it confirms the finesse, highlighting very intense floral and green apple aromas. In the mouth it shows good structure with sapidity that balances the pleasant amiable vein. The persistent and clean finish determines a good overall harmony.

The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September, followed by separation from the skins and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 17 ° C. This is followed by a brief stop on fermentation yeast (fine lees) before moving on to decanting for clarification and subsequent filtration. The second fermentation takes place in the spring following the harvest with the Charmat method.

Serving temperature 12 ° C. The product is excellent for aperitifs, appetizers, and is excellent in combination with fish dishes or courses that are not too salty.
