The grape harvest takes place in the first ten days of October, followed by the phases of fermentation in white at a controlled temperature of 17 ° C. This is followed by a brief stop on the fermentation yeast (fine lees) before proceeding with the decanting of clarification and filtration. Bottling takes place in the spring following the harvest.
Serving temperature 10-12 ° C. The product served with appetizers, white meats, fish-based dishes fully express all its characteristics.
