Biancospino – Bianco Rubicone IGT

The straw yellow color with light greenish reflections introduces a floral scent of wisteria and a fruity scent of green apple. On the palate it is dry, velvety with good acidity, persistent and delicately mineral.

The harvest takes place in the second decade of August, followed by a traditional white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 12-13 ° C. Refinement takes place in steel on its own yeast until the end of winter, when the product is prepared to be bottled.


Serving temperature 12 ° C. Ideal for light appetizers, it goes well with fish, shellfish and asparagus.
