Perbacco – Sangiovese Superiore DOC

Intense ruby ​​red wine with great consistency. On the nose the olfactory range opens with hints of pepper, cherry, red fruit jam on a background of soft spices. On the palate it is a wine of great gustatory impact with opulent tannins still in the evolution phase with a finish supported by pleasant fruity tones.

The grapes from the oldest company vineyards (over 30 years of age) are harvested manually with careful selection in the first ten days of October. Classic red vinification follows with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. After racking, maturation begins on the fine lees (battonage) which lasts three months, then a further stop in steel.

Marketing begins after aging in the bottle for at least 6 months.


Excellent with cold cuts, roasts, grilled meats, game and aged hard cheeses. Serving temperature 18 ° C.
